量子科技新局：台歐創新策略與產業應用對話

A Taiwan–Europe Dialogue on Innovation Strategy and Industrial Applications
全球科技競爭與供應鏈重組加速發展下，量子科技正從基礎科研逐步走向工程驗證與產業應用，並成為攸關國家安全、科技主權、產業競爭力的重要戰略領域。
量子運算、量子感測與量子通訊等技術，不僅可能改變未來的運算、量測與先進製造，也將為半導體、光電、材料、低溫控制及系統整合等產業帶來新的發展機會。對台灣而言，如何結合既有的半導體與資通訊產業優勢，掌握量子科技由科研邁向應用的關鍵階段，是未來科技戰略布局的重要課題。
有鑑於此，2026年產業科技創新國際研討會（ICITI 2026）以「量子科技新局：台歐創新策略與產業應用對話」為主題，匯聚台灣與歐洲產官學研專家，分享歐盟及芬蘭、荷蘭、德國的量子科技策略、創新生態系與研發政策，以及台灣量子科技、產業化前景與企業布局。會議並將探討歐盟量子戰略與《晶片法2.0》下的量子研發方向與台歐合作機會。
本研討會期望透過此一台歐交流平台，串聯政策、科研與產業觀點，促進國家策略、技術發展與市場需求的跨域對話，探索台灣與歐洲在研發合作、場域驗證、供應鏈及產業應用上的互補機會。並藉由國際經驗與台灣產業優勢的交匯，為我國量子科技的政策布局與產業發展提供前瞻參考，協助台灣在下一波科技競爭中的新賽道上建立關鍵角色。
Quantum technology is rapidly moving from fundamental research toward industrial applications, emerging as a strategic field for technological sovereignty, national security, and global competitiveness. For Taiwan, leveraging its strengths in semiconductors, photonics, and information and communications technology will be essential to capturing the opportunities created by this new wave of innovation.
The 2026 International Conference on Industrial Technology Innovation (ICITI 2026), themed “A New Era of Quantum Technology: Taiwan–Europe Dialogue on Innovation Strategies and Industrial Applications,” will bring together experts from Taiwan and Europe to share insights into quantum policies, innovation ecosystems, industrialization strategies, and emerging applications.
The conference will also explore Taiwan’s future role in the global quantum technology landscape. Through this dialogue platform, ICITI 2026 seeks to strengthen Taiwan–Europe exchanges in policy, research, and industry, while identifying opportunities for collaboration in technology development, testing and validation, supply chains, and industrial applications. The conference aims to provide forward-looking perspectives for Taiwan’s quantum technology strategy and industrial development.
